Payments, Shipping, and Delivery

We accept bank deposit and credit card via Paypal payments. All items are on a preorder basis, with a 5 to 7 business days lead time. We will inform you via text or email once your order has been shipped.

For bank deposit transactions, kindly send us an email at hellostudio.caca@gmail.com with an attached screenshot or photo of the deposit slip. Kindly confirm payment within 2 banking days to avoid having your order cancelled. Please send us an email with the following format:

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on any unused, full-priced merchandise within 7 days after receipt of your purchase. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees and payment for initial shipping costs are non-refundable. We only offer store credit refunds.
